2. Quotes and estimates

Any pricing information, estimates, or indicative costs provided verbally, via email, or through this website are estimates only and are not binding. A formal written quote is required before any work commences. Work does not begin until a written quote has been accepted by the client in writing (email acceptance is sufficient).

3. Site visits, measurements, and project timelines

We will communicate any material changes to agreed timelines promptly.

4. Warranty

Our products are covered by a product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Installation work is warranted against defects in workmanship for a period to be confirmed in your written quote. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to admin@operablewalls.com.au. Warranty does not cover damage arising from misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.
